Reservation Terms and Conditions

This Reservation Policy exists to protect the limited prime-time Review Call slots we offer for families who are serious about getting help for their player in developing into a college prospect.

By booking a Review Call and submitting your information, you agree to the following terms.

Reservation Fee

A fifty-dollar ($50) reservation fee may be charged only if you no-show on your scheduled Review Call or cancel within six (6) hours of the appointment time.

This is not a coaching charge. It is a reservation fee used to protect peak-time appointment slots.

No Charge Today

Submitting your card places a zero-dollar hold. You will not be charged at the time of submission.

How the Fee Works

If you attend your scheduled Review Call, the fee is never charged.

If you choose to enroll in a Mendoza Baseball Academy program, the same fifty dollars is fully credited toward your tuition if it was ever charged for a no-show.

Definition of No-Show

A no-show is defined as:

Running late with no heads-up and not joining within the 5-minute grace window, or

Being unavailable at the scheduled time and not responding

Definition of Late Cancellation

A late cancellation is defined as any cancellation made within six hours of your appointment time.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling outside of the six-hour window does not trigger the reservation fee.

Same-day reschedules inside the six-hour window may be treated as late cancellations.

Card Storage and Security

Your payment information is securely stored by Stripe, our third-party payment processor.

We do not store or see your card details.

You may request the removal of your card at any time if you choose not to rebook.

Fair Use

We reserve the right to waive or review the reservation fee in cases of emergency, miscommunication, or technical issues.

Purpose of This Policy

Our evening and weekend Review Call slots fill quickly.

This policy ensures that families who want those prime times can access them without being displaced by missed appointments.
